Orders shipping within Australia will not incur additional duties or taxes, as we dispatch from Brisbane.

UNITED STATES

The prices displayed on our website already include all import costs, duties, and tariffs. Sales tax at checkout is calculated according to your shipping address. All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, with no additional fees on delivery.

REST OF WORLD

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to customs clearance, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities, and Scorpiah has no control over them nor can we provide an estimate, as they vary by country.

We do not cover or take responsibility for import fees, taxes, or other associated costs; these are the responsibility of the recipient. If your order exceeds your country’s tax-free threshold, we recommend checking with your local customs office or using a duty calculator (e.g. https://www.simplyduty.com/ ) before placing your order.

If you refuse to pay these fees and your parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. Scorpiah is not liable for these return costs.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days during busy periods. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We are based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and all dispatch timeframes follow AEST business days and public holidays.

Where is my item?

We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels. For any delivery issues or delays, please contact the courier using your tracking number for the most accurate updates. Should you require further assistance, kindly reach out to us via our Contact Us page.

Orders + Returns

Damaged / Incorrect Item

We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us ASAP. Email support@scorpiah.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Can I change/edit/cancel my order?

Please double-check your order details before checkout, as we can’t guarantee changes once it's placed. If you need to update your shipping address or order information, contact us immediately at support@scorpiah.com with your order number and info; we’ll do our best to assist, but once an order has been processed, we can’t make changes or cancellations.

Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to past orders.

What is your returns policy?

We offer 28-day returns on eligible items. Please review the following conditions before initiating a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original sale condition, including all packaging and labels. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements. Rejected returns will be sent back, and shipping fees will be recovered.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable mail service, as we are not liable for lost returns.
  • Any duties and import taxes must be prepaid, or the parcel will be refused.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on any possible customs and/or duties refunds that you may be eligible for within your country.
  • Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return due to change of mind.
